Accessibility statement
We are committed to making our website usable for people of all abilities and to supporting clients who need accessible digital experiences.
Our commitment
SoCal Web Experts strives to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We also follow recognized practices under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable California accessibility requirements.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our site regularly, fix issues when they are reported, and apply accessibility standards to client work where requested or required.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with clear headings and landmarks
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, buttons, forms, and interactive components
- Visible focus indicators for keyboard users
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative handling where appropriate
- Sufficient color contrast in the default dark theme
- Form labels, instructions, and error messaging on contact and lead forms
- Support for reduced motion preferences where animations are used
- Responsive layouts that work across screen sizes and zoom levels
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to close known gaps and improve the experience over time.
Assistive technology and compatibility
Our site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. If you use assistive technology and encounter a barrier, please tell us what you were trying to do, which page you were on, and which browser or assistive tool you were using.
